Counselling can be transformative and empowering, encouraging self-agency and fulfilment of your potential.

Counselling is a talking therapy, established from a mutual relationship; that offers a safe and confidential space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and make sense of your inner world.

The Counselling process can help you gain clarity, improve mental health, build resilience to face challenges and improve your self-esteem and confidence.

    I began seeing Isabelle in mid 2024. as I very recently arrived from overseas and planned to spend several months in the UK, whilst deciding whether or not to live there long term. I hoped there would be more opportunities to pursue my research and creative writing projects. That transition process had its 'ups and downs' and at times felt quite lonely. Practicalities

  • Where to start

    I offer a free introductory 20 min Zoom call.

    This is an opportunity to meet and discuss if you’d like to follow with an Initial Exploratory Session. This is a one off Session of 50 minutes and your investment is £85. 

    We can meet via Zoom, Skype or in person as agreed.

  • Establishing Regular Counselling

    I recommend beginning therapy with a minimum commitment of six sessions to allow us time to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. After this initial period, we will check in to assess how you feel and discuss the best path forward.

    If ongoing therapy is the most suitable approach, we will periodically review our open-ended agreement to ensure it continues to meet your needs.

  • Format and prices

    Once you decide to engage in counselling, I will kindly ask you to review and accept my practice terms which outlines scheduling, fees and cancellation policy.

    Sessions last 50 minutes and your investment is £85. 
    They take place online via Zoom or Skype or in person.

Heart-Centered Relational Integrative Therapist

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered MBACP Counsellor, including 19 years within the NHS, my practice has evolved to integrate both formal therapeutic training and ascended healing modalities. I take a holistic approach, supporting the Mind-Body-Soul connection through traditional counselling alongside Reiki, bespoke Vibrational Remedies, Divine Healing, and Soul Contract Readings.

Committed to excellence, I engage in regular clinical and mentoring supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.

My role is to facilitate your self-knowing to create a new narrative that inspires inner peace, acceptance and Self-love.
